All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the project requirements.

Service Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual scope of work discovered during the project
• Hidden damage not visible during initial inspection
• Changes requested by the client
• Material cost fluctuations

We will communicate any significant changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. For insurance-related work, we coordinate directly with insurance providers where applicable. Clients are ultimately responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.

Scheduling and Access

Clients agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the property for scheduled work
• Notify us promptly if scheduling changes are needed
• Ensure the work area is accessible and safe for our team
• Secure pets and valuables during service appointments

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and will address any concerns related to the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by subsequent events or third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues resulting from client modifications
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope

Limitation of Liability

Central Restoration & Renovation maintains full liability insurance and WCB compliance. Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided and the terms outlined in your service agreement. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Items not disclosed or made accessible during service

Insurance Coordination

When working with insurance claims, we assist with documentation and communication with insurance providers. However, coverage decisions are made by the insurance company. Clients are responsible for understanding their policy coverage and any deductibles or exclusions.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
